One of the most important aspects of planning and executing a construction project is effective communication between clients and their builder from the first meeting until the last item on a checklist has been completed. This starts with clear conversations and specific questions during the planning process, during which we will prepare a detailed proposal that describes every aspect of the work to be completed, along with an estimate broken down by category of task, with estimates for the labor time and materials costs of the various phases of construction, and project calendar which will outline the start and completion times of those phases and the overall project.

We do our best to do an excellent job of describing to clients how the various aspects of the construction process take place, and what to expect during the course of a project. After starting work on a project, we keep our clients up to date with any developments that might require input from the clients, and as we present invoices on a twice monthly basis, we also provide updates as to how the work is progressing in terms of projected estimate and timeline.
